1Acceptance of MBI916 Terms of Use

4Deposits & Payment Methods

• Withdrawals linked to a bonus are subject to the rollover requirements set for that bonus. Please refer to Section 6 for further details.

6Bonus & Promotions Policy

Mbi916 offers a variety of attractive promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Every bonus offered by mbi916 carries a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made. The rollover requirement will be clearly stated on each promotional offer.
• The welcome bonus is only eligible to be claimed once only per new user. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mbi916 platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to each bet type or game:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the mbi916 system are final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player, unless the cash-out feature is available and activated before the event begins.
• In the event of a technical error on the mbi916 platform during bet placement, mbi916 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.

• Upon request by law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, mbi916 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonus winnings, or rewards held in that account. If closure is for any other reason, any legitimate fund balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation.
